You won’t get a lot of time to yourself if your children are forever interrupting your relaxation time when they need to use the toilet. There are times when you deserve and need a little bit of me-time, but this can be at a minimum when you’re sharing your bathroom with others. A second bathroom is attractive to home buyers, so if you ever decide to sell, this is one way to make your home more appealing to others. You will be able to up the resale value too, so you will have the opportunity to make back any money that was spent on the bathroom. You might also have the opportunity to hurry along the moving process, as you should have little trouble selling your home if buyers are clamouring for an extra bathroom.
