I found that each pod held an ample amount of the face mask which is great, particularly because my skin is very thirsty and if I don’t have a generous amount of mask I can find them to be less effective and not as soothing as when I am able to slather on a good layer of product!
The Masks are simple to use; simply peel open a pod and apply to your face after cleansing. Massage into the skin for a few moments and then leave to absorb into the skin. I leave mine for as long as possible before washing off.
After washing off the masks I found that my skin was softer and felt more nourished. I particularly liked the rice bran mask as it had a little exfoliating property and the coconut oil mask which felt very hydrating.
I would certainly be happy to recommend this lovely little set for anyone looking to add some extra pampering to their winter skincare regime, or even anyone looking for a fab stocking filler this Christmas. I award the Oliver Bonas Face Mask Set 5 out of 5 stars.
