Esteemed Italian conductor Michele Mariotti takes to the podium for this performance of exquisite and beautiful classics including Mendelssohn’s tender and the emotive Violin Concerto which is considered one of the greatest and showcases the talent of this evening’s soloist, Leticia Moreno.
The opening fanfare of Tchaikovsky’s Fourth Symphony follows with fierceness and passion alongside luscious melodies and swelling optimism. This is a work that will stir the senses.
